Eligibility for Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days and include clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Discounted Items Policy
For items purchased at a discount of 50% or more, or BOGO offers, refunds are not available unless the item is defective, the wrong item was sent, or the item arrives damaged. Additionally, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility for any approved returns.
Refund Options
When requesting a refund, you have the following options:
- Receive a 15% refund on the purchase price.
- Return the item at your own expense for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Note: your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
